Profile
Hello,
My name is Joe Jimenez and I am the president at CSIS Insurance Services. Our agency was founded in 1970 and I have been an insurance agent for over 25 years. I spend most of my time at our main office in Garden Grove but occasionally will meet with clients at one of our other 6 locations.
I am licensed as a Property and Casualty agent/broker and in Life and Health insurance as well. I am personally certified as a Customer Champion under the Mercury Insurance Group Service Excellence program. We are proud that our agency has been recognized with the Gold Level Award in customer service.
I have been married to my wife, Sandi, for more than 25 years and we have five great children. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar, going to Angels baseball games and spending time with my family.
What is a candid piece of advice you would like clients to know?
Always buy insurance through a licensed independent insurance agent! (Like CSIS!) He or she is trained to assess your insurance needs and can provide you with unbiased advice and support when you are involved in an accident. Local independent agents are members of the community and can handle a full range of insurance needs in one place.

A great book is Relentless by Yngwie J. Malmsteen and my favorite movie is Monsters Inc. (I have kids)
What is your favorite thing to do when you're not working?
I enjoy doing two things the most: I love playing the guitar and spending time with my family –and friends.
Who is the greatest inspiration in your life?
My dad is the greatest insporation in my life because he took on the challenge of moving his family to a whole new country in search of a better life for them.
What is something about yourself that you wish everyone knew about you?
I don’t drink coke.
What are you afraid of?
I guess you could say I am afraid of failure. This is why I tried to avoid it as much as possible!
What is your favorite quote or mantra?
"If you want to have more, you have to become more." ~Jim Rohn
