Profile
My name is Sylvia Jimenez and I am an Agent as well as office manager at the Anaheim office. I have worked for the CSIS team for 12 years. During these years, I have participated in and successfully completed several continuing education and training programs, among them: the Customer Champion certification program and various courses taught by the Infinity University such as: Placing The Customer First, Insurance Field Underwriting, Advanced Personal Lines, Transformation Through Technology and also obtained a certificate of completion by the California Earthquake Authority. What I like best about working at CSIS is the opportunity to interact with a multi-cultural clientele and being able to help them; it is a rewarding experience. When I am not working, I enjoy gardening, photography and spending quality time with my husband and son.
